1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Safeway tourism llc concerning your access to and use of the dubaidesertsafaripro.ae website, as well as any booking or purchase you make.

2. Tour Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

2.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and our official confirmation email which includes your booking reference and meeting details.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed in our separate document. By accepting these terms, you also accept our Refund Policy regarding eligibility, cancellation fees, and processing times.

• Cancellations must be requested via the official method email to info@dubaidesertsafaripro.ae.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the timeline outlined in the Refund Policy.

4. User Responsibilities (Waiver)

By booking a tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for obtaining and carrying the necessary travel documents (ID, passport, visa, etc.).
• Certain activities (like dune bashing, quad biking) carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume these risks.
• You must comply with all local laws and the instructions of the tour guide/driver. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
• Health conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to booking.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Dubai Desert Safari pro be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined by the laws of Emirate, e.g., Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). You irrevocably consent that the courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
