At Dubai Desert Safari Pro, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines our rules for canceling tour bookings and processing refunds.
1. Customer Cancellation Terms (Standard Tours)
The following refund percentages apply when a customer cancels a confirmed booking:
Cancellation Period and Fee:
- 72 Hours (3 Days) or More Before Tour Date: 100% Refund (Full refund processed).
- 48 to 72 Hours Before Tour Date: 50% Refund of the total booking price.
- Less than 48 Hours Before Tour Date: 0% Refund (No refund is applicable).
- No Show: 0% Refund. If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
Note: Specific tour packages (e.g., private yacht charters, hot air balloon rides) may have stricter cancellation rules which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
2. Company Cancellation (Force Majeure)
In rare cases, Dubai Desert Safari Pro may be forced to cancel a tour due to safety concerns (e.g., extreme weather, unexpected desert conditions, government mandates, or technical issues with vehicles).
- If we cancel due to weather/safety: You will be offered an immediate option for a **Full Refund** (100% of the booking amount) OR rescheduling the tour to a later date at no extra charge.
- We are not responsible for covering any consequential losses (like flight costs or hotel fees) incurred due to the tour cancellation.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed to the original form of payment used for the booking.
- Refund Duration: Once a refund request is approved, the money is usually sent back to your bank/card issuer within **[7 to 14] business days**. The time it takes to reflect in your bank account is subject to your bank's processing times.
